I am the owner of Divine Consultants.  As a credit restoration consultant I provide confidential one-on-one consultations with an in-depth overview of your credit report and credit history.  Together we will develop a plan-of-action that is tailored specifically for your financial situation.  My goal is to nurture, educate, and guide you closer to being a qualified home buyer.

My passion and love is Real Estate.  I first started in real estate in 1994 by volunteering with a non-profit specializing in helping those who couldn’t normally get into a home achieve homeownership.  I then went on to get licensed in 1999 and then to purchase my first investment property in 2000.  Today, I find absolute satisfaction in helping individuals to grow and families to understand and realize the absolute benefits of homeownership.  My number one goal is to achieve 100% client satisfaction, to educate my clients along the way, and to end the process with my clients knowing that I went above and beyond the call of any ordinary real estate agent.

I began real estate in 1995 as an investor, and of course since I had spent the previous 2 years buying and selling HUD & VA foreclosed properties, it only seemed natural that I bill myself as a “Foreclosure Specialist”.    My family and I have built our business on service. As the newest agent in The Hawkins Group, I have found my passion in creating qualified homebuyers.   Working closely with our credit consultant we have designed our Homebuyer Readiness Program to provide the necessary resources to make the dream of homeownership a reality for more families.   I  have used my research of homebuyer programs to help my clients buy a home with as little as $500 down and pride myself on holding their hand throughout the entire home buying process.
