Termite Inspection

        Generally before going to closing, a requirement of the lender is to have a termite inspection done to guarantee that the property is free of any wood destroying insects.  The lender doesn't want termites eating away at the collateral they have loaned their money against!  The purchaser may request a termite inspection be done even if the lender does not require it!
