Figuring Your Net Proceeds

After determining a realistic price range, you will need to know what your estimated net proceeds will be.  Your Hawkins Group representative will create a Net Sheet for this very purpose.

To figure your net proceeds you need to consider the following: the cost of any repairs you'll make (you may consider adjusting the sales price and offering the house for sale "As Is" or offering a repair escrow and forgo making the repairs yourself), the closing costs that you will be responsible for (Costs associated With The Sale), and any incentives that you will offer the buyer (I.e. lender points or seller assisted closing costs).  Subtract these total costs from your sales price and you have an estimation of your net proceeds.
