"My passion and love is Real Estate. I first started in real estate in 1994 by volunteering with a non-profit organization specializing in helping individuals and families who couldn't normally get into a home achieve homeownership. I then went on to get licensed in 1998 and then to purchase my first investment property in 1999. My first investment was a success! My partner and I netted over 35k after purchasing a foreclosure property, making improvements, renting it out for a year, and then selling the property. Today, I find absolute satisfaction in helping individuals and families to grow, to understand, and to realize the absolute benefits of homeownership.
