Documents to Take to Lender

On your first visit to the Lender you will need to bring the following documents:

  • Most Recent Pay Stubs--30 Days
  • Most Recent Bank Statements--3 Months
  • Tax Returns--2 Years
  • Photo ID and proof of Social Security number
  • Certificate of Eligibility of DD214's (if applying for a V.A. loan).

You will also need to have the following information handy so that you lender can process your loan:

  • Residence addresses for past two years.
  • Names and addresses of each employer for past two years.
  • Names, account numbers, and balances for all checking and savings accounts.
  • Names, account numbers, balances, and monthly payments on all current loans.
  • Loan information and addresses of owned real estate.
